      New strategic partnership with a european bank, Banco Espirito Santo, will add value to the current management team and give opportunities to move one of their subsiduary outside libya

      Cons

      Misunderstanding beyween two culture and different ways of thinking/ acting. Strong difficulties to enter in a very restrictive community. Working six days a week interfer with the family life
