Pros

The website is really cool and the tech stack was really modern. Projects seemed like they were really good but seems like they were quite low impact in the end.

Cons

There’s 0 environment. No one talks or fosters conversation. The location was really depressing. CEO is kind of toxic and degrading. As an intern I didn’t learn much, more so just applied what I knew. I don’t recommend it here.

Pros

Competitive salary offer. Remote work setup. The company works on interesting products in healthcare and fintech.

Cons

Management style is extremely strict with very little tolerance for mistakes, even on the first day. Expectations are not clearly communicated to new hires but mistakes are met with immediate consequences. Knowledge transfer is minimal and new employees are expected to figure things out without proper onboarding support.

Pros

- Compensated above market average - Team travel opportunities - Fully remote - You'll learn a lot from your higher ups if you're someone who can tolerate occasional hostility

Cons

- Upper management frequently uses derogatory language, curses at employees, and makes racially insensitive side-comments to drive employee performance - Volatile job security with a chance of instant termination
