      -Well, probably the job security -No micromangement atleast in my team

      Cons

      - Lot of politics - Only managers favourites are highlighted, rest are like dead to them - Evaluation is not based on work rather favourtism and closeness with manager - No one cares about the UX work, no value is given to that
