Pros
If you enjoy corporate environment, Amadeus is probably the best you can get. At least in Barcelona, they always try to make you feel seen and appreciated. The management is listening, than is great.
Cons
If you are not a corporate person, you will quickly become tired. The job becomes repetitive, there is not much rom for development and growth. Also beware of bonus system, they pay the bonus once a year and you have to have 12 months worked to be eligible AND be in a company at the date of the bonus pay. They pay in April so if you worked Jan-Dec amd left, you are still not going to get it.
