Diversified workplace Mobility opportunities (many locations: Nice/London/Sydney are the main dev centers) Opportunity to work on different product, delivered through different technos, great variety of jobs Location OK (near Central Station/CBD) Flexible hours, convivial atmosphere
Cons
Too many home-made software which are usually poorly documented Not very up-to-date in terms of technology. Probably more fun to be there as a manager, rather than a hardcore dev. No clear career path and opportunities (either technically or in a managerial position) As the company gets bigger, too much paperwork, procedures, polticial stuff you don't want to be involved in Salary is just average compared to other companies Sydney-wise
