Though a global corporation, Amadeus has a family-friendly feel to its atmosphere. No matter where in the World you visit an Amadeus office, you know you're there due to the multicultural approach and feel it has. Amadeus has competitive salaries though it could do a lot better compared to it's competitors (including bonus structure). However, it does have good benefits from paid holidays, to health insurance, to legal assistance and so on. Overall, I can't really complain.
