1. No or very less personal growth for techies. 2. Takes very long time to get a promotions. 3. Very bad management in terms of handling/planning work. There is a chaos in terms of planning the work. 4. No clear cut goal for a team. Goals and directs keeps on changing every 6 months. 5. Every employees feels they are not connected to company values. 6. No growth in technically area nor in any other field like Business analyst, program manger etc.
