Pros
Profitable company with a good business model, international culture, and good location if you like the sun. The facilities a quite good and there is quite a variety of opportunities.
Cons
Very political management top and middle layer, very directive wannabe central policies coupled with face only implementation yield a very frustrating cocktail. Expect hard time if you don't want to put difficult topics under the carpet. Very slow and inconsistent decision taking for everything new.
