Pros
Talented people, opportunity to understand the travel industry, working in C++ . It is a good company to start a career, but is not for the long run or experienced there is not much to learn.
Cons
Monolithic an linear legacy code, aggressive management with unrealistic estimates and projects, no career opportunities,. They still use waterfall model which is really old.
