      Wonderful work-life balance Excellent "fringe benefits" in the form of subsidized extra-professional activities for employee families Extraordinarily rich international culture

      Cons

      Below the Senior Manager level, compensation, bonuses and evolution is limited Top-heavy company (because few people leave), making it increasingly harder to get promoted Corporate initiatives and infrastructure take a very long time to deploy
