Pros
- Great mix of people who are willing to support each other - Senior Management are supportive - Amadeus is "THE" leading Travel IT provider - office location is good - culture overall is great
Cons
- The focus and support on producing a quality product can be improved - Senior Management staff are good managers and know how to manage, but are lacking leadership qualities - some competition and head-clashes amongst the experienced staff - pay packages can be much improved
