Attractive career opportunites coupled with a very solid work-life balance. Plenty of opportuntiies to learn, internal mobility highly encouraged. Toxicity not rewarded, it's a place fundamentally for nice people.
Cons
Not the palce where you will grow the fastest. Consensus culture is a bit draining, to be considered if you come from fast-paced environments.
