Flexibility in managing one's time and organising day to day tasks. Many vacation days and possibility to telework from abroad for a certain period of time. Good plan awarding employees that invest part of their salary on company's shares. Good health insurance.
Cons
Too many managers in the RnD divisions. Lack of accountability. Promotions not based on meritocratic criteria. Objectives and annual performance review process serve for nothing. Not very competitive remuneration for IT professionals. Lack of vision. Extremely customer oriented. Employees are encouraged to escalate and report problems only to be ignored or targeted when they do so. Culture of tolerating unprofessional behaviors towards employees. Although the official language of the company is English there is a shockingly high number of people (mainly based in European offices) that cannot communicate effectively using it. Extremely slow processes to request necessary equipment upgrades.
