Pros

Co-workers are a joy to work with.

Cons

Company always talks about how well it's doing but refuse to reflect their appreciation in the paychecks of the employees. After two years of being in a pandemic and no raise or bonuses when they decided to give one it didn't reflect the rising cost of living, increase in gas and other things such as daycare. The option to work from home was only an option for select people instead of company wide. It took Covid forcing the decision and presenting the opportunity to be able to do so.

Very flexible and has a good community. It prides itself on bettering itself and its employees. Already have learned a lot in my first three weeks

Co-workers are amazing. Managers are helpful.

Cons

Rolling out an incomplete new operating system was a horrible idea. Creates additional work for adjusters. The processes being implemented are hindering the ability to effectively close claims. Adjusters are being told to do more with less every day. Claim counts average 180 to 200 for the last 6 months with no relief in sight. Hybrid work was promised at 2 home and 3 in office. That was recently revoked and it is now mandatory 4 days in office. With gas prices what they are, that really hurts. Corporate management seems to be focused more on obtaining #1 status and bringing in the big bucks than finding a way to relieve the stress on their employees. Mental health is non existent and if you aren't putting in 50+ hours a week there is no way to stay on top of your work load. Even then you will feel like you are barely treading water. New NICE phone system is for call centers-not claim adjusters. Not a lot of advancement opportunities unless you are someone's pet. Benefits are mediocre at best.
