Pros

They are great at communicating and selling to their employees to write good reviews so it hides the ones that are real.

Cons

They can't get anyone in the door so they have their employees trying to boost their reviews on Glassdoor. The environment is very toxic and the company overall is unstable. The good employees were either laid off or quit because they know they can get better else where.

Thank you for your review. We utilize Glassdoor as just one way to better understand our employee's experiences and opinions of our culture and operations. We are continuously striving to make our organization better and enhance our culture and your insights will help us in this effort. With that being said, we are not in the practice of writing fake reviews or misleading our page viewers. We are proud of the talented employees we have hired and encourage their feedback every day. As you may know, we have recently undergone a restructuring, resulting in an efficient framework of management with clearer accountabilities. We are reviewing the entire organization to ensure we are aligned with our strategic vision and have the right structure to deliver on it. Thank you again and we wish you all the best in your future.

Pros

Flexible work hours. Great co-workers. My co-workers are friendly, easy to talk to and are willing to help you if they are able to.

Cons

Systems can give you issues at times and make it difficult to get work done.

Pros

Co-workers are amazing. Managers are helpful.

Cons

Rolling out an incomplete new operating system was a horrible idea. Creates additional work for adjusters. The processes being implemented are hindering the ability to effectively close claims. Adjusters are being told to do more with less every day. Claim counts average 180 to 200 for the last 6 months with no relief in sight. Hybrid work was promised at 2 home and 3 in office. That was recently revoked and it is now mandatory 4 days in office. With gas prices what they are, that really hurts. Corporate management seems to be focused more on obtaining #1 status and bringing in the big bucks than finding a way to relieve the stress on their employees. Mental health is non existent and if you aren't putting in 50+ hours a week there is no way to stay on top of your work load. Even then you will feel like you are barely treading water. New NICE phone system is for call centers-not claim adjusters. Not a lot of advancement opportunities unless you are someone's pet. Benefits are mediocre at best.
