I love the culture here

There is little work life balance here. It’s company first.

The pay is fair. If you can meet your goals every month you will have an increasing bonus every month. OK benefits with constantly accruing PTO.

It seems this company is always on the brink of disaster or losing a major client. There is always a bunch of employees arguing with each other and cursing across the floor. A lot of personal drama plays out here and people are always in everyones personal business. Its feels like you're back in a very cliquey high school. The work environment is pretty juvenile and management always plays favorites. The top performers can do whatever they like while everyone else is dispensable. Collecting itself can often times be difficult because of so many asinine rules and policy that are put in place. (if you are behind pace for the month they will send you home if you are not collecting enough to "motivate" you to get on pace). There are a ton of other little stipulations that get in the way and just come across as micromanaging). The monthly goals also get pretty high once you've been there a while.
