good work environment and coworkers are nice

not much transpanracy within the company

Plenty of down time if you know how to hide it well. Their yearly Christmas party is nice, depending on who is in charge of it at that time. They also give out a yearly bonus (1 Month worth of pay) if the boss is feeling jolly

Having to consistently lie to customers, charging customers ridiculous amount of money for a return. Always selling items that they do not have. Owners / Management who lack common sense. Having to listen to Chinese all day.
