Frank is great to work with. He is very kind and patient. You will also get tons of free training and learn a lot about the industry from an expert. You have to be willing to learn! - Training, education & mentorship - Good work life balance - Supportive team - Events - Good commission
Cons
- Office could be larger to give employees more work space. - Frank gets very busy and will not always have time to help you. It is then up to your team to help or you are on your own. - Some clients are VERY rude! - Not much room to grow
