Pros

Some coworkers were very friendly, the mission and vision of the company are very admirable, and there is room for moving up if you are good at your job.

Cons

So many. Management is poor--with a few exceptions--and the high-level management can't bother to get their heads out of the clouds to see what is really happening for other staff. Pay is terrible and not worth staying for the toxic environment. There are plenty of things you could do to actually help "turn things around," but management is too busy listening to themselves talk to listen to the people actually doing the work. For a place that's supposed to be supporting the community, you would think that they would have a more positive and encouraging work environment, but that doesn't exist here. Some of my peers are literally afraid to speak to their manager because they don't want to be perceived as starting issues. The job training is a joke. I never felt like I had what I needed to do my job successfully. The training is not sufficient and you have people unqualified in roles they shouldn't be in. No one wants to work for 12.50 hourly getting put in potentially hostile situations especially when you can go work at Amazon pushing boxes and easily be paid 15-18 instead. The competitive edge just isn't there.
