      Will to enter USA market and Europe market as well. Will to built hospital and round their production circle - looks like hospital project is stopped (?).

      Cons

      Bad investments, no idea for progress. Since CEO resigned company is headless. No sign of bright future. Bad marketing strategy.

      Pros

      Dedicated workforce to make the company a success. Firing of mentally challenged CEO and his right hand man are good developments to clean the ranks.

      Cons

      Terrible structure with incompetent and unethical managers here and there. Intimate relationships allowed in direct reporting lines...An awful atmosphere. Next, the people having intimate relationships and reporting to their partners should be rid off. This negatively impacts the careers of their peers. What a mess.
