Pros

Many of us just up and quit after we saw how terrible the executive team treated our co-workers, and we saw the incredibly aggressive stance taken towards employees for mandatory trainings by end of year, tripling our workloads, all the while Patrick is saying, "This company needs money money money." LOL We all QUIT because you are terrible!! We weren't laid off.

Cons

When the most esteemed members of the team are talking about how our CEO cussed out a beloved team member over a flying heartache--and the CEO knew all about it the entire time just to set up our beloved team member to look bad. Well, that's when the ugly behavior became crystal clear.

Great colleagues who genuinely care. As someone who enjoys rolling up my sleeves, I can tell you that you won't find another group of passion driven individuals who genuinely care about results for our clients! They are truly driven to succeed! Shared sense of purpose and direction - Since we became our own brand, Alvaria has been able to drive true focus and attention on our CX client base. This is largely driven by our new CEO who has kept a consistent message of what we are striving to achieve. Fast-moving, respectful environment where you feel part of something meaningful. Since the recent debt restructuring, you get a real sense of momentum that is shaping to make the next year very exciting.

Cons

Unfortunately, there is a lot of ground to make up to achieve our full potential but I feel like we have the right team to get there.
