      Start up Company with a lot of learnings and equally lots of surprises. Generous in investing on courses and trainings. Encourages all consultants to be sales competent and constantly network for new projects.

      Cons

      Traditional project management culture that does not match the agile/scrum ways of working. Tends to have low appetite for feedbacks.

      Pros

      Leadership is positive and ambitious. You get plenty of exposure to interesting projects. There are deep subject matter experts, across AI, ERP, Cloud Architecture that are genuinely world class. They invest significantly in culture, with regular social events and information sharing.

      Cons

      Sometimes the experts think everyone knows what they know. Don't assume!

      Immense opportunity to work with Global teams. Flexible work arrangements and great work life balance. Management team is very understanding and easy to work with.
