Great company, understanding manager, good environment

Minimum wage ish but hours super flexible

- Employee discount - Slow outside of game days (Not much to do other than store standards)

- Paid minimum wage but expectations were for you to go above and beyond to support the business. - Paid less than new hires despite working there for a year - Hours were inconsistent and lacking (until we got understaffed) - High turnover (they were always training new people) - They pushed email captures so much it was infuriating (if your email % wasn't >80% they'd pull you aside and have a talk about it) - Working football games is a terrible experience that I do not recommend to anyone - Store was filled with stuff no one wanted to buy despite managers constantly telling purchasing what we did & didn't need.
