You have to be willing to be flexible in a rapidly growing company. If change makes you uncomfortable it isn’t going to be comfortable.

I received great direction from leaders without micromanagement at the time of my employment, which led me to be more engaged in my work. Great products, great people, great visions for the overall brand.
