Very hostile work environment, toxic and all employees live in a state of fear. Your opinion does not matter "shut up and don't offer suggestions is the mode of operation ". You are belittled, insulated, and this is done openly. High turnover and terrible morale. Mistakes constantly being made and due to lack of training from management!
