-Owned by BRP which never felt like anyone outside of AlumaCraft knew you and respected your work being done -BRP makes many decisions without seeing the entire picture as many upper management never or rarely makes it onsite -Never felt respected of my abilities within the company -Workload was high and pay was low -Once I put my two weeks in I had found that the other ME (who was my old intern) actually was getting paid more than me, and the counter offer from AlumaCraft only slightly brought me above his pay -The company isn't afraid to let go of long-term employees as they seemed to have frequently have firing phases
