      It was a good experience I learned how to read blueprints to build the product we wer shipping out

      The downside you might be doing something different everyday and some of the jobs take you out of your comfort zone

      Pros

      Up until the last 2 years we've had awesome insurance and benifits. strong leadership and strong teams in every department working together, no not always perfect but it was a place people wanted to come and work at.

      Cons

      the last 2 years they've changed the insurance and benefits, they've changed the management out bringing in new management making changes way too fast especially when they do not know the product.
