      Pros

      Co Workers are both friendly and collaborative. There is not a lot of stress and the pay is decent. Management team is strict but fair.

      Cons

      Dusty environment and a lot of turnover in the production staff. Sometimes it can be difficult to stay on target when there is not enough team-members in production to get material processed.

      Great people and and great work environment that can't be compared to anywhere else. A really personal atmosphere with some of the greatest people I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

      Hard work like anywhere else. You are what you put in.
