They were very honest when i started that this was not the job that would make a millionaire over night. But if i worked hard that i would be comfortable. I love that many clients form years ago end up calling back eventually. The services we offer are great and make sense so that make selling easy when you believe what your selling is great.

Its collections. Not a fun industry but at least you get exposed to several different industries.

This is not an "easy" job, but it IS rewarding in many aspects. Financially, if you put in the work, build up a good book of business, you will be handsomely rewarded. There really is a lot of pressure to produce, so if you here for your next "job" before your next "job", then you best move on now. Sales quotas are very aggressive and often difficult to attain. Management is very focused on phone activity, you'd better be on the phone or you're going to hear about it. Not everybody can take harsh, frank criticism.
