Extremely stressful, under-resourced and poorly managed - Marketing Altro Employee Review

The company pretends to be family friendly and a top 100 employer - it's not. The number of meetings is punishing, with no time to do any of the absurd amount of 'real' work expected. Management pretends to be friendly, but they're unsupportive and simply push for more work/targets/output and refuse to provide additional resources. Induction was very poor, and staff across all levels feel the stress - particularly middle management. Some long-standing team members are able to get away with treating newer members like rubbish. Pay is OK for some, but nothing exceptional. Some team members are paid under the market rate. My advice, is steer well clear of Altro.
