My coworkers were great. There were some genuinely great people on the leadership team prior to Altrata’s acquisition by Private Equity. At least the position was remote
Cons
Once private equity took over, new leadership took over and had no experience in the market research and information space. They prioritized KPIs and profits over data quality and product innovation. The company also shuttered many teams and divisions once PE took over, leading to mass layoffs.
