The CEO is very passionate and enthusiastic about our work. He puts the employees first. We have almost weekly celebrations in the form of announcements, lunches, and happy hours. Communication here is great and the energy is contagious.

We have a ton of meetings. There are a lot of inter-department meetings, weekly seminars, etc. We do a good job with communication but it can be a bit distracting.

Great culture with many like minded individuals with a common goal. The clinical trials we work on are interesting and have very good potential to change the field of biotechnology

The traffic getting to work can be frustrating sometimes, the pay and compensation is not competitive for the area and field.
