      - HR process doesnt always vet the best people. - not enough DEI in the C-suite. - executives are managing up not down.

      You get to keep your tips.

      Cons

      They don’t maintain the vehicle clean at all times like promised. Always out or wiper fluid, and the team at the depot gets grouchy if you ask them to fill it.
