      Pros

      Relative freedom where to drive, but algorithms bring you back to home area.

      Cons

      They keep all the run money, which is about $400, you get close to minimum wage, and tips, which is about $1 to $40, normally around $20 a day. Rediculously high turnover, 50+ a month.

      Flexibility, transportation, uniforms, great work environment, opportunity to meet awesome people from all parts of the world and work of life

      Having the ability to drive without using your personal car and worry about fuel or putting miles on your car

      Cons

      The pay is very low.
