      -Wait time paid. -All provided to work. -Rewards system. -401K match.

      Cons

      -The app to schedule is not friendly. -They have days of delays to approve a shift request, then approve the request a few hours before the schedule and you might lose your shift. -They tend not to respect the brake time.

      You get to keep your tips.

      Cons

      They don’t maintain the vehicle clean at all times like promised. Always out or wiper fluid, and the team at the depot gets grouchy if you ask them to fill it.
