      Pros

      There aren't any pros, they hate their drivers.

      Cons

      They treat you like parolees not employees. You may have been hired long after applying but they hold you to the availability they gave you when you applied for 6 months. They give you literal demerits if you call in sick. They expect a note from a doctor. 17.25 an hour can't pay for a doctors note.

      Flexibility, transportation, uniforms, great work environment, opportunity to meet awesome people from all parts of the world and work of life

      You get to keep your tips.

      Cons

      They don’t maintain the vehicle clean at all times like promised. Always out or wiper fluid, and the team at the depot gets grouchy if you ask them to fill it.
