Pros
1. A nice place to earn a little extra money. 2. Eligible for some benefits as a part-timer. 3. Opportunity to drive all over the metroplex. 4. You do not operate your own vehicle. 5. Company pays for gas, service, and tolls.
Cons
1. Used to have flexible scheduling but now will automatically schedule a shift outside of your availability scope. 2. Shifts were scheduled two weeks in advance which allowed drivers time to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, it changed very suddenly without any notice. 3. Actively pushing against tips despite some of members' wishes. 4. Management will implement significant changes without surveying the drivers beforehand. 5. Not many rewards for being a consistent safe driver (with no accidents on file). 6. Little encouragement or avenues for growth: no mentorship, cross-training, or advocacy programs.
