- good compensation and bonus esp from senior consultant level - good set of perks incl. opportunity to work in other offices - sense of market leadership in TMT
Cons
- terrible working hours (norm seems to be working till 10pm) - protected Fridays are increasingly not protected - only annual wage reviews, where competition is at least biannual - partner pay is likely very high but not translating into benefits from employees - some slippage in quality of new hires
