Pros

Fair Pay, don’t have to work weekends. If you have great staff on site or overseeing you stick with them as long as possible.

Cons

Ceos and other owners management, including HR, may not respect you Like most jobs that have many differing employee personalities your experience at Altman is completely based on who you work under. When I initially started here I felt valued as an employee, had a very supportive regional who helped me learn a lot and even received a raise fairly quickly as a result of my performance there. When I was moved to a different location my entire experience switched. I had a sneaky manager who assigned easy tasks they just didn’t feel the need to complete themselves, often had to stay later when others were leaving early, felt alienated immediately, and was insulted by HR because I didn’t participate in an office lunch due to being upset the day of. I inquired about transferring and was condescendingly told I was only there because my previous regional vouched for me just to eventually be terminated due to of course looking for new employment. So as long as you work with respectful people your experience will be great, and if not you should leave immediately.
