Pros

The West Memphis Facility had a great production Team who are very knowledgeable and quite simply are very good and hard workers! Learned a lot from the people that make that Facility successful. Team was good to work with and where extremely flexible when it came to gathering required Quality Data even with constant equipment faults. VERY GOOD TEAM AT THE 7TH STREET LOCATION.

Cons

"THE CAMPUS MANAGEMENT TEAM"...Somehow this "Leadership" team evolved overnight without any notice to the rest of the area teams/plants. For the most part the "Leadership" team where not very well versed or competent they essentially took the individual Plant(s) daily decision making as it pertains to production scheduling out of the hands of the Plant Managers but did not understand that due to poor planning and the customer changing their production needs it actually caused the individual plants to increase overtime and on many occasions had valued employees working on Holidays due to the lack of poor planning and forcing the plants to run product that the end customer did not need!

Pros

Everything, co-workers, company culture. People here actually care about you. It is truly one of the best places I have ever worked for.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of.

Pros

Strong growth and opportunities to develop and implement improvements. Excellent exposure across all branches of the organization and access to key resources. The team is highly supportive, with everyone committed to doing their best.

Cons

Frequent leadership changes and a disconnect between senior leadership’s mission/vision and what is experienced on the floor. Results are often driven by individual effort rather than standardized, repeatable processes, creating risk when key contributors leave. Accountability response is slow, and operating as a “company of companies” continues to present challenges.
