Pros
Entrepreneurial AND process-oriented - rare combo. All good people, trustworthy, pleasure to work with, have exposure to leaders. The investment team is surprisingly deep in the investment stories. Culturally the best I've worked ever worked for, very supportive with resources and advice when asked.
Cons
Don't really have an issue here. There's enough capital to manage and generate returns, hopefully recruiting more people will also help attract capital. Maybe would need training programs if started hiring entry-level positions. And management team is small
