      Pros

      Work-life balance is very good. But that is primarily because you don't have any work. Decent pay masters. Swanky offices.

      Cons

      Cons are many. Weak HR leadership lacks the spine to do the right things. Vindictive people who will not bat an eye lid before deciding to demean the efforts of anyone who has decided to part ways with the organization. Leveraging core competencies of people isn't what the HR team does. Work allocation is pathetic. No one really has a clue as to what they are doing or what is it that they are trying to achieve. Good people prefer leaving the organization to sticking around and ruining their careers as is evidenced by the number of attrition that is seen in the HR team in the last few months.

      Since you weren't here very long and you didn't include a job title, I am not sure if we ever had a chance to meet. However, your concerns are relatively vague but I'd be glad to look into if you believe there are things being done "wrong." I can assure you that the people in our HR organization that are thriving and building great things have a lot of work to do.       Pros

      Work/life balance Salary amount was very fair (especially with month bonus incentive) Excellent co-workers Remote career My supervisor was extremely accomodating for work while overseas traveling

      Cons

      In recent years, the stock price and revenues has been a reason for concern (Govt foreclosure restrictions/moratoriums took a serious toll) but it appears Mgmnt is turning things around. In the PAST, layoffs would come unexpectedly which was a bit jarring.

      Pros

      Really enjoyed to people I got to work with.

      Cons

      Overworked with crazy hours. Had team members in Luxembourg, Uruguay, and India. Having direct reports in India meant I had to be available during hours that were the exact opposite of those in my time zone.
