- Decent pay - Sensible referral goals - Minimal drama. Fun group of people to work with. Members (customers) are either laughable or awesome. (for those in customer service a long time, you know how to deal with the laughable ones properly)

The management at the regional level condescends to you unless you're of the same ethnic background as they are, or a manager. There's only one region.

Benefits were decent, that's about all they have going for them.

Where do I start. Upper management appears to have zero knowledge of how to run a business. You will get mixed direction (if you get any direction to start) and they will hold you accountable for things you were never informed of. Retaliation is real here, you will want to start and keep excellent documentation. You have to document your every move (micromanagement is intense). The list continues..
