Dull environment with poor management and direction - Anonymous employee Altibbi Employee Review

As a person who has been waking up excited to go to work every Sunday for the past 9 years, Altibbi was the exception, let me explain. 1. The environment: The company is basically a huge hospital, the mindset, the environment and the way of working, it’s super dull and lacks any proof of life, I even barely could hear employees at meetings because everyone spoke in a real low voice, the most exciting event for the employees at the company was the daily discussion on what’s for lunch. 2. Business direction: If you care about what you do and about working in a place where you believe in its vision this company is not the place for you, I will explain later in the next section. 3. The team: The director of my department was someone who had irrelevant education and working experience, and always provided feedback to my work that was absolutely wrong which I found interesting coming from someone with no experience in the topics of discussion. i was surprised on the first day that my manager wasn’t there, neither my laptop, or any plan to onboard me to the company 4. Professionalism: I found it interesting that people leave meetings to pick home phone calls, or pick up calls/ meetings without headphones in the middle of the office, as I said above. Existing employees were super unhelpful (except for few), not showing up to meetings, not answering questions, and not welcoming feedback. If you’re into hospitals then this is the place for you
