- Fantastic culture. Great work-life balance and staffed with an amazing group of smart, talented people. - Working with big brands is a major plus. SearchDex provides you with a great opportunity to grow your knowledge in SEO. - CEO and upper management are amazing. Dave is easily the coolest CEO I've ever encountered, and he is extremely invested in providing his employees every resource they need to succeed. The rest of upper management does a great job of this as well, while also not "micro-managing". - The office is extremely collaborative and team-driven. We all share a common goal, to help our clients, and we all work to achieve that goal together. - While I can't speak for an earlier review (I wasn't around) the current management really makes strives to provide you with a career path. They do everything they can to get you involved in other projects and allow you to keep learning and growing.
Cons
- Really no notable downsides. Sometimes the snacks run out. Those are tough days indeed.
