Since the owner and top management changed, there have been multiple large-scale layoffs, often cutting people who deeply understood the product. Combined with a string of disastrous product decisions, the result is a chaotic environment where nobody seems to know what’s going on. Responsibility is diffused in true corporate fashion — problems are everywhere, but accountability is nowhere.
