Pros
Reasonable work life balance and overall good culture despite the uncertainty and PE transition. New executive team instills more confidence and has better communication than the previous senior leadership team.
Cons
Continued RIFs putting more pressure on remaining employees and hurting morale. Questionable value of illiquid PE equity, which is much lower than previous public RSUs. Whether is the future is successful remains is still up in the air.
