Pros
If you need a job, then work here and enjoy the medical and dental benefits and paid time off, but I wouldn't tell a friend of mine to work here.
Cons
Get ready for RIFs, losing a percentage of your total compensation package since the company went from being publicly traded to venture capital owned (bye-bye equity and RSUs), watching your department be provided with no budget for promotions, travel, or attendance at conferences, seeing jobs get outsourced to countries where labor is cheaper, and generally feeling like you don't matter!
