The behavior you've described is not representative of the culture we're fostering as a company -- or the great culture within the Go-to-Market team that our President & Chief Revenue Officer and her leaders are promoting there. While we know that the occasional off-hours outreach sometimes happen in order to support a customer or address a key issue in the business, they should not be the norm. We're very mindful of the toll that the critical work our people do can take on mental health and well-being, which was one of the key drivers for our recent company-wide shutdown week. Ours is a culture of hard work, respect, empowerment and collective achievement.
