      Great products, rabid customer base

      Cons

      Overwrought processes and pressure increased without tangible improvement of output. Frustration of engineering teams has increase substantially since new product and engineering leadership joined in last year.

      The pro's have all disappeared.

      Cons

      Product leadership that believed in the product and the team have all left. Now they appear in false slides to get the board approval and get purchased by the next PE firm. Very focused on bringing more people from smartsheets even if it didn't go well there.
